How to order
You can order on line securely through PAYPAL or by post . You will need to print out an order form for this, you can download it from the link at the bottom of this page.
Payment
We accept payment through PAYPAL or cheque
If you would like to pay by cheque please print out the order form, fill it in and make your cheque payable to PETRA BOASE and send it to 14 Pit Lane, Swaffham, Norfolk PE37 7DA.
Delivery
We aim to despatch your order as soon as possible but please allow up to 28 days for delivery from placing your order.
Postage
Our standard delivery charge is £3.95 for all orders. Orders are sent by recorded post and will require a signature on delivery. If your address is non UK mainland, Scottish Highlands or overseas please email us or call us on +44 (0)1760 336110 for a quote as additional delivery charges will apply.
Returns
We will exchange or refund any item you are not happy with provided they are returned in their original condition within 7 days of receipt. Please ask for proof of postage from the post office for your returned item as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit. Delivery charge and returned postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty.
If an item you have received is damaged please inform us within 24 hrs of delivery to arrange for a replacement to be sent.
VAT
Except for childrens clothing items all our goods include VAT .We are unable to refund VAT on overseas orders.

Disclaimer
Some of our greeting cards have small charms or sequins attached to them and are therefore not suitable for babies and young children.
As most of our cards are handmade and finished slight variations of some of the components might change from the photographed card eg charms or type of bird badge on birdcage!
The flock stationary is handmade so the positioning of the pattern on the album/ notebook might vary slightly from photography.
